Dental Hygienist

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist who loves connecting with people and takes pride in the little details that make a big difference. Our goal is to create an office where patients actually enjoy their visit. A place that feels welcoming, comfortable, and maybe even a little fun (yes, even at the dentist!).

Duties Include:

  • Having a professional approach and positive attitude
  • Ability to use digital x-rays, digital scanning, and intraoral cameras
  • Provide education to patients regarding proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits
  • Feel comfortable advocating modern restorative and cosmetic dentistry
  • Perform documentation to ensure accurate patient records.
  • Team-based attitude
  • General office maintenance, including sterilization, flipping rooms, scheduling patients, etc.

Dental Assistant

We are looking for a Dental Assistant who brings excellent customer service skills and a sharp eye for detail. Our goal is to create an office where patients feel relaxed, and maybe even enjoy their time at the dentist. The right person for this role is friendly, engaging, and personable, while also being a reliable, key part of our team.

Duties Include:

  • Prepare patients for treatment by reviewing medical history and treatment plans, and setting up the operatory with the necessary instruments, equipment, and materials
  • Sterilize instruments and disinfect operatories in line with safety standards
  • Take diagnostic radiographs and impressions when needed
  • Assist with procedures
  • Complete lab-related tasks as directed
  • Give patients clear oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions
  • Assist with maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
  • Help keep the office organized, clean, and running smoothly
  • Bring positive energy to the team; work hard, have fun, and deliver an outstanding patient experience

Call Center Representative

We are looking for a Call Center Representative to be the welcoming first point of contact for our patients. In this role, you'll handle incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Whether it's calming a nervous new patient, coordinating complex scheduling, or relaying important information to the clinical team, you'll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and our patients feeling cared for.

Duties Include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our patients
  • Identify and troubleshoot patient concerns
  • Strong communication skills and a patient focused attitude are essential
